What is Proper Nutrition?

Research has shown that a diet rich in a large variety of plant foods can enhance health without any harmful side effects.

This is because plant foods contain an abundance of antioxidants, phytochemicals and polysaccharides; nutrients appointed by Nature to help us prevent diseases.

How we eat will determine how we feel, look and act every day. So, in consuming plant foods, we revitalize our immune system because plant foods aid digestion and flush out toxins. In contrast, consuming too many animal products and high-fat foods will impair immunity, leaving us in a tired, lethargic state.

Though we demand the best quality fuel for our cars, why don’t we also pamper our internal engine with the best quality nutrient?
